From the moment I walked into Rise Studio I felt like family. The anxiety of taking a spin class for the first time in years was instantly gone and I was ready to work! I walked out of the class gassed and immediately signed up for the next one!

Beau is a great instructor, it's challenging but he keeps it fun. His wife's playlists are awesome too. I brought my son to this class and he loved it too

Rowing machines are amazing (you could use a few more) class size was perfect. Just a nice place to walk into. I'd offer a few more nitpick critiques but why get off on the wrong foot (again 😜) 10 stars all day.
