The class I attended was great I thought Matt did a great job planning a total body workout and keeping the energy up. I would love to come back but I live in buffalo so a monthly membership just wouldn't work. An $8 class was totally worth it but $12 is a bit much since I do have to make a 35 min trip to get there. Overall really great experience thank you!
