Every instructor is welcoming, energizing and makes you comfortable in your own skin (while being a good "uncomfortable" for the class!) :) I also really enjoy the community that attends classes with me because everyone is so friendly and nonjudgemental it makes me feel safe. Facilities are clean and it's in a great location. Great variety of workout classes to try and I love the 5:30 AM time during the week, no one else offers that!
