Rise fitness is not just a gym for me. It is a place where I feel safe and can work through the stresses in my life. The owner, Ren, is the most selfless person I have ever met. She has created this safe-place atmosphere, and is extremely supportive of her members. The staff is also some of the most influential people I have ever met. If you want to meet your goals and get through your personal roadblocks, this is the gym to start going to. Thank you for bringing something so special to Hamburg.
