Excellent class outside on the lawn, took the boot camp class with Ren. It was nice because it was early enough before it got too hot. It was definitely a challenging workout that left me dripping with sweat and sore in a good way! It was a friendly environment and the staff is very nice- also offered modifications on certain moves during the workout.

I love Rise, it's instructors, it's owner, it's whole vibe! Such a welcoming and fun place to come workout and I love how active in the community Rise is. The outdoor class was so fun and it felt so good to be back at it!

You offer tons of different classes and I love the option to do the classes at any time. I think Alicia is doing an exceptional job constantly changing up boot camp and power lift. I appreciate the time she spends making the workouts.
