I felt like the precautions Rise has taken in response to our current situation are very effective. I was comfortable in the setting they have created for group work outs. It was such a good feeling to be able to work out again. Alicia is an amazing instructor and always has killer work outs! I honestly love how sore I am and can't wait to go back.
