Everyone from Ren the powerhouse boss babe, to Sarah the friendly and welcoming front desk gal, to each of the talented and dedicated instructors make Rise feel like home to me. Each has her/his own personality and motivate me in such different ways. My spin class mileage has never been higher, my yoga practice has never been so well versed, and my attitude has never been more positive than when I leave that studio. Rise saved me during this pandemic.

I really thought I was gonna be one of the top students (gym class hero) in the class, boy was I wrong. I consistently finish towards the end of class in all the different events but all the gals are very kind and encouraging. 10/10 great environment, can’t wait to get back!
