I love Rose and everything it stands for. Even though I wasn't thrilled with price increase, I am committed to Rise because again of everything Rise stands for and all Ren/Rise does for the community. I do hope that with the price increase, the stereo and electronic equipment can be updated in the floor room. Every instructor struggles with it and it's time for an update I think :)

Of all the gyms and studios I’ve been to Rise is the best of the best. Ren and team are welcoming and have done an amazing job creating a strong sense of community. The classes are fun yet challenging. The members also foster healthy (and positive) competition. I can’t imagine my life without Rise!

Rise is a special community that holds you accountable to showing up for yourself and getting in a great workout. The classes are fun and effective! Love the variety of workout styles and creative choreography whether one the bike or the gym floor or TRX bands.
