I really enjoyed my spin class and the reps and rhythm class. I like the cleanliness of the studio and the fact that it is spacious enough to move around while classes are going on. I also really enjoy the fact that there are lockable lockers and just a locker room in general. Both instructors were awesome

Ashley was a great instructor! She really pushed me to give my all and I felt so motivated to keep going even though it was hard! It was my first time ever at a cycling class and everyone was very welcoming. Cant wait to come back!
