The only frustration I had was with the mindbody app. Everyone there was friendly. instructor learned my name right off the bat and she pushed us hard but not to the point i was embarrassed that i had to slow down on some moves due to a prior injury. She motived to just keep moving no matter what level we were at. Gym was super clean. Appreciated the waterbottle and sticker!
