Everytime I leave Rise, I feel so strong, powerful, and proud. The community and instructors bring such motivational energy.

The facility was nice and clean. The lockers with the digital lock was convenient. The staff was welcoming. My instructor made sure I was prepared for my first spin class. I definitely got a great workout. I also liked the eucalyptus towel at the end of spin class.

Ren and all of the instructors are absolutely AMAZING! Rise is the best fitness studio that I have ever been to in my life. Everyone is so welcoming and workouts are super fun and intense at the same time. Classes at Rise are the best part of my day❣️
