• I was late and Carisa was still kind enough to see me. She took care of the most important areas, was friendly, and made sure to do the presses and other care actions to reduce the pain of waxing. She kept me talking the whole the whole time in a natural way that helped the process be more comfortable. She was very attentive to my satisfaction with my brows, too, and they look great.

• Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Although a suggestion would be to clean your air vents/returns in the ceilings considering all your customers lay down and look up and all we see is those nasty dirty vents!
