The lady i had was great and made me feel very comfortable during my wax the only thing that i do have a issue with is that i called in advance to make my appointment and i asked for the full body coca wax which i was told included underarms, full legs, full Brazilian wax and upper lip. She didn't do my upper lip and i didn't get the coca wax they just used regular wax and this is not the first time this has happened to me. I scheduled my very first appointment last year around October and i was to get a sugar wax but instead again they just used the regular wax and when i asked about the sugar wax the young lady that waxed me that day told me the person who does the sugar wax was not coming in but hell i didn't know that until i got back in the room and laying on the table ready to get my wax. But again I'm giving a ten but the lady that did my full body wax was very professional and nice and really made me feel comfortable
