Professionalism: while in the room I could here a full conversation that was explicit. It was apparently a member of staff and a customer so that conversation should have been taken outside or later personally not for customers to hear!

The lady at the front desk and the lady that did my wax were both very nice. Unfortunately I was a little late for my appointment but they were both willing to adjust and work with me to help get me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely go back when I am in Spartanburg

They did not have my appointment in their system, Even though the reception remembered our conversation she could not find it. However, they were able to get me at my original scheduled time.
