• I began having issues with lower back pain and numbness several months ago. I consider myself an active individual, and the pain began to really slow me d own. I originally went to my doctor with my concerns, but I was only offered a pamphlet on stretching. After about a month with limited success, a good fr I have absolutely no more numbness, and the pain is virtually gone.
