• I was nervous trying the cryo because it is “so cold”, but I tried it and it was not bad. My lower back is feeling better. I will be back to do it again!

• The staff makes a pleasant experience, everyone is very friendly. From the moment you walk into the door until the moment you leave you are catered to. My massage therapists listen to my needs and really care about helping. Courtney and Logan are the best so I am positive several others are great as well. The facilities are always clean which makes for a great environment!
