• This was my first experience. I wasn't sure how I would tolerate the cold, but I made the entire 3 minutes. When I left, I had an overall better feeling of well-being, and my hip pain was significantly decreased. I'm sold on this!

• My therapist that I had found numerous tense muscles in my back and spent copious amount of time trying to work them out. My massage was a deep tissue and was terrific. I will certainly go back there!!
