• The staff is great and Madi is wonderful. I really love your salon! She does a great consult and is so personable. Only critique is the upselling of the products. (Not really her fault cuz I asked about them and she wasn’t pushy) I was asking about the Kérastase line and realized that your pricing is a good 10-15 dollars more expensive than online so I had to pass. I got one product because I felt bad and a bit pressured by the front desk woman. I just wanted to discuss the products but she was assuming I wanted to buy all of them which i didn’t. Just felt a little pressured and uncomfortable. I was disappointed to see that on the Kérastase website they are doing a big sale and could get it all a lot cheaper. If your pricing was a big more reasonable I would buy from your as opposed to the Kérastase website. My experience was great though as always and I’ll be back! Just a little constructive criticism. Ty!
