• Thorough and consistent engagement with customer from the get go. Website was well laid out. Responsiveness to text messages sent. Clean and warm salon space. Professional and gentile hair stylist. Clever advertising in the salon as well as Instagram. Hair stylist levels are also a smart way of allowing those that are new build their experience.
