• First staff was so friendly and welcoming. Second what I wanted done, was completed and the price did not leave me penniless. I am doing a transition with my hair (way out of my comfort zone). Positive words to not give up. I was a person not just a wallet. Truly enjoyed feeling like I had friends and not just business "client"

• It's a long reason, so first of all every experience I've had personally has been exceptional in cutting or coloring exactly how I've wanted. Only place I've been I can honestly say this about. Since February I have been going to salon minutes from my house, all 3 coloring sessions I was told it would take several times to get highlights colored the way I wanted but she did the same service every time. No foils other then top and said that was partial highlight, Revive had done what seemed like all around my head before and this stylist said she used to work for Leslie so I thought maybe she knows what she's doing. Well she was booked weeks out so I thought I'd just drive further and do Revive. Sidney did my hair, at first I thought the highlights were definitely darker than I came in with so I was a little disappointed, my other stylist had went to a 30 and Sidney thought that Might hurt my hair so I think she did a 20. I thought that's why it looked so much darker to me. She also pointed out various parts of my hair that hadn't been highlighted previously which I knew and couldn't figure out why my stylist didn't really touch the back I could put hair up in ponytail and you didn't see any highlights. Sidney explained it might look darker to me because Revive partial foil puts more highlights in than my previous stylist, so it all blends and I don't have as much dark hair making the highlights look brighter. After I got home and looked I can definitely tell what she was saying. Sidney kept it professional and never spoke bad about my previous stylist but I could tell she
