• The service is great as always. I just wish the timing policy would be a bit more lenient with regard to late arrivals for appointments. This is mostly in regard to clients who are living outside of Chicago and still choose to travel to Revive to support the salon. For these clients, myself included, making the appointment on time isn't always possible and having to reschedule, after already making a lengthy trip, isn't optimal.
