The place was clean and calm. Instructor was knowledgeable and kind, no one yelled at me to "fix my face" yet I still wanted to push myself and was pushed. I felt I achieve something whatever that might have been after one class. The new membership price is insanely gracious. And the regular prices are very reasonable. If there was an 11, I would have picked 11.
