• The extremely and always pleasant and helpful front desk staff, so easy to work with and so kind - and Michelle absolutely rocks. Explains pros and cons very well and clearly explains what to expect. Plus she does great lips and is an awesome girl. Love it there. Nice ambience. Always Appreciate the coffee maker too bc I'm usually in a rush and haven't had time to have one
