I was impressed with the level of compassion shown by everyone in the office. I appreciated that I was being informed of what was going on every step of the way and that my comfort, both physically and emotionally was taken into consideration. This process was painful, but I expected that. I did not expect to leave smiling and looking forward to the next appointment. I especially did not expect to feel hopeful, after weeks and months of so much pain I have hope that there will be some level of relief in the future.
