Greeted by receptionist with warmth and a full on enjoyable conversation- she was genuinely kind when I had to change an appointment. In addition, Dr. Robbins (smiling the entire time) answered all my questions with patience, listened to my concerns, and then helped individualize a treatment plan with me -specifically for me. I left the office feeling cared for and heard.
