I've noticed since your move that the office staff has grown, not only in number but in professionalism and maturity. They are much friendlier, more responsive ~ smiling, making eye contact, answering phones pleasantly and with courtesy, offering help, explaining something and joking with clients. Makes the entire process more pleasant and relaxing. You can offer the loveliest surroundings in an office but it's your staff that creates the ambience and goodwill. Thank you for doing so.
