Usually a straight 10. But when I called that I was accidentally running behind, the woman sounded really annoyed with me. Which I get. Heck.. I was annoyed with me! But I'm the customer. And I've been a patient for nearly ten years. Would she really want to compare how many total minutes I've waited to be seen after my official appt times against how many minutes I've been late? Lol.
