My score is based on the expertise, professionalism and bedside manner of Stephanie Wright. She is simply the best at her profession and does an excellent job! However, I did not like the office checkout process and, in particular, the question whether I wanted to add a gratuity. That is something personal between the patient and treater and not to be shared with the office staff.
