I thought that Carey was wonderful. She spent time with me, was professional and really listened. I did think the process of getting scheduled and getting my bloodwork set up was clunky. I received different info from front desk people and struggled to get an appointment initially. However, I was very happy once I came in the for appointment. I hope that helps.
