April 28th from 4:45-6:30pm as she shows you healthy ways- based on your Ayurvedic dosha- to move
from the heaviness of winter into the lightness of spring. This workshop includes suggestions for food
choices to support the immune system and to detoxify the liver, daily self-care routines, and
understanding the purpose of following the Ayurvedic clock for a healthier you.

Workshop fee: $30 per person; 50% discount for Revelation Massage members. Fee includes food
tasting and handouts. 10% of the proceeds will go to support the Tree Street Youth Program. For more
