I just had my fifth appointment and all gone is in sight. My tramp stamp is about to be a thing of the past. Only takes a minute, it smarts, don't get me wrong but it's over quick. I'm in and out in minutes. Staff super friendly. A few more appointments and I'm done.

I'm in the process of getting two tattoos removed. The smaller one on my wrist is hardly noticeable anymore. The large one on my upper arm is almost gone! I definitely recommend Rethink the Ink!! The office is super clean and the staff is great! They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and that you are comfortable getting your treatment.

OMG! I just had an appointment with Debbie - what a JEWEL Debbie and this business is! I was so worried that I would go for a consult and she would tell me it was a million dollars for my three tattoos. I ended up doing my treatment the same day. Holy crap, it hurts, but it's so worth it for the kindness and awesome prices that I have received from them. I can't wait for my appointment next month. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful business and wonderful laser technicians! I did so much research, and I'm glad I wasn't able to get in with anyone else. They're easy to find in the large brown building off dry creek.

I was able to make an appointment for a free consultation in a timely manner. I went in and the process and pricing was clearly explained to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I decided to go ahead with the first treatment then and there and I am looking forward to the final results.

Rethink the Ink is 5 star, so glad I found them to remove my outdated 90's tattoo. Debbie does such a great job of keeping your mind distracted from the painful process with her positive attitude, and the sessions are over before you know it. She's set realistic expectations for the progress I should see after each visit, and explains the lasers and process in detail, so I can tell she knows her stuff. I highly recommend Rethink the Ink to anyone looking to erase old or regrettable tattoo decisions forever!!!

I've been coming here for almost two years now. My tattoo was brand new, less than 6 months. I only wanted to get a small part removed.
Victor was honest and up front about how long the process was going to be. Something the other places I looked at weren't. Cost is a big factor when you know you have 10-12+ sessions to do. The thought of spending close to 2k (which is what others quoted me) for a single line was insane! Yes I'm getting just a line removed I'm aware of how ridiculous it sounds. Anyways, Rethink really does charge based on the size. Obviously it's still more than what it would cost to have it covered up. But that's not what I wanted. I even decided to start getting another part of the tattoo removed. Of course the price went up but once the line part is done, Victor said he'll go back to the original price.
Completely fair and reasonable! Honestly I can't say enough great things about Victor, Debbie, and the entire Rethink team. They really are the best!!!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Debbie really put my mind at ease before the procedure because I was so nervous. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was in good hands. Really glad I chose this clinic for tattoo removal over the others I researched.

Rethink's careful attention to detail, warm customer service, and professionalism, is above standard. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and informative. Their commitment to excellence is apparent in the work they do. In my experience Rethink the Ink is the only tattoo removal service I would use and recommend to others.

I'm currently in the process of getting two of my tattoos (both on my neck) removed at Rethink the Ink. I was very nervous when I was heading there for the first time as you can imagine.

      Short Review:
Friendly staff, very competitive prices, laser is painful but doesn't last that long, highly recommended !

      Long Review:
Once I found the office (it's downstairs in a big office building) I was greeted by two lovely girls. They were laughing about some movie, which made the room feel not so tense. One of them handed me some paperwork to fill out and offered me a drink. I filled that out and they brought me back to a room (the waiting room, back room, etc. is all very nice.) Once I got to the room I saw the large Quanta-Q plus C laser (the best laser in the business at the moment FYI) - she then asked me to sit down in the big chair- then she talked about the procedure, how it works, etc.

We discussed how much it would cost after she explained the procedure. She quoted me $149 per session- and since I have very fair skin she said I'd need about eight sessions which is what I expected since they aren't all that old. Then the boss man of this branch came in and double checked to see if the wavelength she picked was good and to okay the price. (He quoted about $200- but since she said $149 he said that they'd honor it.) TIP: They do have Groupons! $49 for a 4 inch area or $89 for an 8 inch area. You can use up to two, but you have to be a new customer and they have to be presented during your first session. I used the $89 one- which saved me about $75 for that session. Also, they offer a deal which I took advantage of- pay for 3 sessions up front and get 1 free OR pay for 5 sessions up front and get 2 free (that's the one I did being as I'll probably need 8.)

Now that all the paperwork, pricing, and stuff was done- it was time to get down to business. The two girls from the front were the only people in the room (I requested female staff as big hulking bald men tend to scare me a bit- hah) and my fiance, Isaac, decided to leave the room (apparently there's something about seeing your future husband in pain that isn't appealing to him- but that's besides the point.) Back to the procedure.

I was handed a stress ball and then we began. One of the girls was using a machine to blow really cold air at my neck to make it more comfortable while the laser was zapping me while the other girl was the one doing the zapping. I'm not going to lie- it was very painful (definitely more than the tattoo itself) - but it was over a lot faster. It took maybe minute of constant zapping on one side and like 20 seconds on the other (she asked if I wanted to take a break every couple zaps but I'm a trooper and declined). Then it was done- my first tattoo removal session and my first step to becoming more hirable.

I then headed out to the front desk one last time, neck red and swollen- proceeded to pay and listen to aftercare. Then I headed home. Sessions are recommended to be spaced out four weeks but from what I've read online I scheduled my next appointments for six weeks apart. Very good experience here and I highly recommend it!
