• Everyone has been awesome & the services have been making a big difference. The only lack I have seen is in laying out the care plan - I feel like I was drinking from a firehouse of stuff I need to do but someone should take the next step in making appointments &/or timeline for the plan. I feel like I check out and I have no idea if I should make an appointment or what I am making an appointment for. Just adding a detail timeline of what service when would be helpful
