Excellent massage! Very relaxing and stress free environment. I have been to other places and a 60min massage is actually only 40 minutes of massage. I paid for a 90min massage and got a full 90min massage. Will definitely be back!

I loved having a real, open discussion about my struggles. I felt very heard, but without the judgement. I also loved circling back around at the end of the appointment to identify goals for the month. I can very easily have a full conversation, and then immediately forget everything I just said, so listing out my goals before hanging up was perfect.
