I had booked a couples massage weeks ago for my husband's birthday. Yesterday (the morning of our appointment) my husband's military unit had numerous people have to stay home sick. He ended up having to take care of some items and it made us late for our REST appointment. I called to let Rest know and they were extremely professional and understanding. Our massage therapists handled us with kindness and care as well and never once made us feel bad for our late arrival and our massages were SO good.
