It was VERY relaxing. It was a very soothing and pleasant ambience. Although I do recall the young lady's name who performed the gua sha massage, it was most enjoyable, relaxing and soothing. It was a very pleasant experience.

4 reasons. Ease to make appointment when I call. People at front desk are great, never rude in my several trips there. Environment is great in waiting area and massage rooms. Jenna is awesome in her massages, easy to communicate with and tolerant if I'm annoying. Merry Christmas.
