I suggest REST to everyone. The providers are great!! What I tell people when I'm suggesting REST to them, is your experience starts when you walk in. It's such a restful environment. I tell people to get there at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to sit in the waiting area and just take in and decompress. Love it!!
