The moment I walked into the building the atmosphere felt different. Everyone was kind to help me make sure I was checked and that I had forms filled out. I met with Holly for the first time and she didn't make me feel rushed for my time. For the first time I felt heard and cared for. I also felt like I wasn't being pushed to do something I wasn't comfortable with.
