• I was in the middle of a cement project and was getting very achy in my neck and lower back. The session was exactly what I needed to keep going. My 10-rating was for the actual session. A recommendation would be improve the signage and directions to find your office. It would be a big help if you could have some signs indicating parking spots. I went to the top of the ramp and found myself confused in the hotel lobby next door.
