Convenient location. Class instructor was easy to follow. Class level was just right for me. People in class were friendly. Would attend again and would recommend to a friend.

I already recommend Rescue Yoga and have brought friends. I spent years practicing at Sunstone and it could be punishing. I leave Rescue feeling balanced. BTW, after an extended absence I just returned to your studio after retiring from a high stress job. I can only afford one class a week but it's a treasure. ❤️
