Because it was exactly what I needed. I had not even sat in the floor since Memorial Day. I have been very sad and upset and searching for what I can do to make a difference in race relations. I had not taken care of me at all. Tifiny's workout made me reconnect with myself in a kinder way. Physically I felt better, too.

Very enjoyable Stephanie the teacher was absolutely fabulous the room I felt safe it was clean the music was wonderful and she worked us very well I will definitely be coming back
