• Very friendly atmosphere and hands down one of the best massages I have ever received. I went in because I was having problems with my shoulder and joe helped me deal with the pain and gave me instructional stretches to practice at home. Highly recommend Jai Wellness!

• I had a deep tissue massage from Karen several years ago at a different location. When she moved I lost touch with her....I hunted and hunted and finally found her at Jai Wellness. I couldn't be happier. Karen is an expert. I have a very physically demanding job, and my muscles really take a beating. Karen finds all the tight, bulging knots and works them gradually, working up to the deep massage that they need. When I leave, I feel as though I've really done something beneficial for myself. I won't lose touch with her again!
