• I really enjoyed the atmosphere, I know spas and massage places are supposed to be relaxing but its doesn't give off the sense of a theme (beachy, resort club or mountain retreat). It has a relaxed, relate-able feel and the staff is knowledgeable and chill, which made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Karen was great and explained her process and why, asked meaningful questions and made me feel I was in capable hands. They are a new business and want to share some observations. The walls are thin, and I could hear the conversations outside the door pretty clearly, Karen was quick and put on the white noise machine and turned up the music. I didn't have much of a problem with it because it distracted me from my own head when in a quiet setting but I could see some people wanting more uninterrupted silence. I also noticed on the website there are options to book time in the Sauna and Float Tanks but I didn't notice that option on the online booking portion, nor was it an up sell when I came in person. Now, I know I want to book a massage with the intention of coming early to use that service ( I made a note in my next massage booking) but then again I am unsure if that will be possible when I arrive due them already being in use by other clients. I am sucker for up selling and tend to be too shy to always ask for those things if I am on the edge of whether or not to do more. If offered that day, I probably would have caved and did the sauna too.

• Joe Cardinal is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I will never go to another massage therapist again. My pinched nerve pain in my back is completely gone. I am beyond impressed with his skills. Well worth the 30 minutes to drive there.
