• Of course I chose Renuva because it's a beautifully designed MedSpa with the safest and most effective products and treatments. Not to mention that the salon's sanitary conditions are impeccable! However, I rate my over all experiences at Renuva as a 10 out of 10 due to my nurse injector, Amanda! My consultation, lip injection procedure, lip flip procedure, and my follow up appointment with Amanda were all comfortable, informative, supportive, goal oriented, and facilitated with superior professionalism! Amanda's medical background and extensive education immediately assisted with creating a trusting injector/client relationship. Her in-depth knowledge of products, facial structure, and muscle anatomy anatomy is exactly what you want from a nurse injector! She answered all of my questions with explanations and patience. She listened to my goals and ensured she accomplished all of them with perfection by creating a safe and realistic treatment plan, that included a follow up appointment to make any necessary or requested adjustments if desired. During my lip procedure, Amanda informed me of what she was doing and what to expect every step of the way! This kept me comfortable physically and mentally. She also shared the progress with me and gave me opportunities to share my input. My entire procedure and my follow up appointment were client centered!
