• Karri was very kind. She was very detailed and thorough with her explanation of how the process went and how to set expectations. She answered all my questions patiently. My brows look so great, and I'm excited to see how they look healed up.

• I gave a rating of 10 for many reasons. #1-Karri is very professional and excellent at what she does. She listens, she makes you feel very comfortable in the environment as well as the treatment. And she is an extremely talented artist. I really didn't second guess or question anything she chose for me and I am usually a major critic. She is awesome! #2- The appointment was easy to make. Everything was easy to understand and there were absolutely no surprises. #3- The location was perfect and easy to find. #4- the salon was clean and I didn't have any worries about infection control. I could go in and on. I highly recommend you.
