The spacing of the mats to accommodate as many of us as possible, was generous and worked very well. The instructions for having your mask on or off, were very clear. Also the explanation of why props couldn't be provided. The studio itself is so beautiful and calming, and the staff are very welcoming. Azalea was great, I loved the Hot 26 practice and she regularly offered variations on the poses in case anyone needed them. She was encouraging all the way😊 It was hard to get used to the new Covid style of breathing, but she reminded us.
