The instructors are all different and amazing in their own ways. I have enjoyed every class and every instructors approach. The location is convenient. I likethat there are many time slots to fit my schedule. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

The instructor was relaxing and gave variations of different poses for every level which made it comfortable for beginners. The staff was welcoming and the ambience of it all made it a nice experience.
