Azalea was kind and welcoming when I signed up at the front desk and she greeted me when I came in the next day for this class. Stacy was a great teacher. I've been to several different yoga studios and she talked about certain poses in a different way. A certain pose I'd done many times before, felt way better for my body in Stacy's class because of the way she described it. The amenities at the studio are also nice, especially having an option for showers (great for students).

First class! I was very nervous but was easily able to get into it. Haley was an awesome teacher! Felt very comfortable.
