Very woman friendly, great instructors save for one, and i honestly love the essential oil towels they are a lovely reward. The one critique I might have is one woman who seemed to be about middle age tried to bring Christian themes into her yoga class and I didn't think that was at all appropriate. While you don't need to be Buddhist or Hindu to take a yoga class those are its origins so if you're going to bring any religious themes into the class it should be from those two religions. Anything else is a bastardization of yoga itself.

All the yoga instructors are great. They demonstrate new poses clearly, offer modifications, and are very receptive if there are questions.
