I am so pleased with Dr. Parsons and all the services she has provided for me. She is always so caring, takes the time to explain procedures and suggest skin care products without being pushy. The only reason I didn't give a "10" is I think the post procedure explanation of care could have been better. One of the documents given to me after IPL had several sentences which were repeated word for word; I purchased some products along with the procedure, including Retin A and it wasn't clear if I should start using the products right after the procedure or wait a period of time. The sheet I was given included an exfoliation product, which I don't think I should be using after IPL. I could have called the office to ask, but I just did a Google search. Otherwise, an excellent experience and I highly recommend Dr. Parsons.
