As soon as you walk in, you feel comfortable and at ease. That is so important because these procedures are things that I've only read about in magazines so, if you are like me, you will have many questions and you might feel a bit nervous in a less welcoming environment. At Renove you are greeted first by Brie who can answer any questions you have and makes you feel like you are a friend, not just a client! From that first encounter you will go to a beautiful waiting area with big plushy chairs and tempting skin products that you can't find anywhere else. But there is ZERO pressure to buy anything or have any procedure done. Of course Dr. Parsons is up to date with the latest medical procedures to keep you looking your very best. She will patiently and intelligently answer every question you have. You realize right away that you don't have to be apprehensive at all because she has done these procedures many times. As I said before, there is no "hard sell" here. Dr. Parsons and her staff listen to you and they will do EXACTLY what you want. They share their knowledge, they will make suggestions based on your concerns but they will only do as much or as little as you want so you will look like YOU...just your best version of you! Some of the staff have had these services themselves so they will give you first-hand knowledge and insight about the procedures, what is involved and what you can expect. Dr. Parsons' staff are friendly and professional. Amber is AMAZING! She makes you feel so comfortable and pampered! She really knows about the procedures she's doing, too. She answered all my questions and anticipated every concern I might have and answered those concerns before I even asked! Would I recommend this place? I already have many times!
